Two days old.

2 days, 4 hours, 31 minutes old

Having a rest on her third day of life. Fourth of July is rough for a newborn and her new parents! Especially because we live in a pocket where fireworks are legal while they are illegal in our surroundings. The night was long but we all made it through. Today is new and gorgeous.

    Aww, what a cute little sleeper. I can imagine that fireworks wouldn’t be a good thing with a newborn. Shayla was scared of them, and she’s 2. She wouldn’t even really come outside.
